Bright Studio Apartment in Konstanz

Pleasant stay in Konstanz Positive: The apartment is cosy, equipped with all the necessary things for the stay (the heavy block out curtains which we really appreciated in the hot sunny days), clean, in a beautiful historical building, with a parking spot right nearby. Negative: I deduced some review points because there were 2 moments that I didn't find ok. I am usually a very generous reveiwer, but I will mention these issues here because I traveled to Konstanz for my 40th birthday and these issues chipped from my overal joy from the visit. 1. The first issue arrised when I asked about the pet policy, as there was nothing mentioned about the conditions on the property description page. I got the response that it is 25 EUR, an amount which I found a bit exagerated, as we are traveling with the cat and I can't imagine what can my 7-year old Scottish Fold do to the room in 2 days to pay this much. Later, when asking for check in instructions, I was informed it is actually 30 EUR, which I find confusing and unprofessional, to change the amount from answer to answer. In the end I paid 20 EUR, as this was the amount set in the payment for the service, but I find this whole situation a bit unprofessional. 2. I contacted the property one day before the stay, as until then I didn't recieve any information about the check-in etc. They replied a couple of hours later, sending me the check-in form to complet. I completed it about half an hour later and got the message that if I complete the form in time, we will receive Bodensee Cards that give us access to public transportation, discount on ferries, museums etc. We found no such cards when we arrived. I assume that filling in the check-in form on the day before the arrival was too late, but it is when the property send me the link, and only after I contacted them, although the payment from the card was made 3 days prior.

Super lokacija in prijeten apartma Positive: Studio je dobro opremljen, ima vse, kar bi potreboval na dopustu, je prostoren in svetel. Nahaja se blizu starega mesta (lahko se pride peš), na poti se prečka reko Ren, kjer se je mogoče tudi kopati. Velik plus je tudi brezplačno parkirišče. Zelo enostaven check in in check out. Negative: /

Großes Zimmer in guter Lage Positive: Das 1-Raum Apartment lag relativ zentral nördlich der Konstanzer Altstadt und war sehr groß. Es befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, das vor über hundert Jahren gebaut worden war. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Töpfen und Besteck reicht aus, um sich kleinere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Negative: Wir empfanden die Geräusche und Stimmen der spanischen Nachbarn durchaus als störend. Als das Gebäude gebaut wurde, zu Kaiser Wilhelms Zeiten, spielte Schallschutz wohl noch keine große Rolle.

Gute Lage für Stadtbummler, teils aber mit unruhigen Nächten Positive: Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Altstadt war in 25 min fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Fähre konnte man in 20 min erreichen. Ausstattung des Zimmers war ausreichend. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Eine Wanne zur Entspannung nach langen Tagen rundet den Aufenthalt ab. Negative: Die Apartments liegen an einer Art Studentenwohnheim. Dadurch war es den Abend am Vatertag sehr laut, weil die Studenten unten lautstark gefeiert haben. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag rund um den Bodensee war das nachts sehr störend.

Positive: Очень хороша ванная комната со всеми имеющимися аксессуарами, чистый просторный номер, хороший ассортимент посуды и принадлежностей для готовки и хранения продуктов. Номер вполне располагает к полноценному отдыху после напряженного дня. Неплохое расположение, тихий, зеленый, современный район , в пешей доступности( от 400 м), много магазинов, кафе, баров с разнообразной кухней, торговый центр. Легко добраться на общественном транспорте на остров Майнау. Отлично для людей, путешествующих на автомобиле.. Достаточно быстро были решены проблемы при заселении. Negative: Заселение началось с того, полученный за день при чекине код (и он же присланный за два часа по почте код открытия ящичка с ключом) воспринимался как неправильный. Удалось не с первого раза связаться по телефону (благо, что супруга говорит неплохо на немецком) и получить в онлайне совершенно другой код (как? такое бывает?) . На все это ушло минут 20-25. При заказе я указал, что хочу номер с двумя отдельными кроватями , однако предоставлен был другой, с одной большой двуспальной . Не принципиально, но немного смутило отношение к предпочтениям своих постояльцев. Хоть район тихий, но до транспорта идти метров 400, откуда можно легко уехать в исторический центр и вернуться обратно. Что касается поездки на автовокзал, то тут есть большие неудобства , если к отелю пешком, то метров 800 взбираться на склон. Есть также неудобства и с обратной дорогой на автовокзал, но все это связано с маршрутами местного автобусного транспорта. Займет времени минут 40-50. Такси решает все эти вопросы. В целом , эти небольшие недостатки скрашиваются очень хорошими впечатлениями о городе пребывания и об непосредственно этом отеле.
