Nice place to stay for few days. Positive: Overall, we had a good stay. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great, close to the city center but still quiet, and having a parking space was very important for us. The host also provided regional guest cards, which allowed us to use public transport and made visiting the sights much easier without having to worry about parking. Negative: The only downside was the cleanliness. We found quite a few hairs in different parts of the apartment, so the cleaning could have been a little more thorough.

Apartment purposeful, hosts unresponsive. Positive: Comfortable and practical base for overnighting after day trips, although allow 30mins to walk into the town centre for travel hub and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and did the job we needed. Negative: No response from the hosts prior to arrival (query regarding bike hire) and on arrival where the Bodenseecard West guest cards had not been prepared. We messaged on WhatsApp, sms and via Booking and no response. In the end we got our guest cards from the tourist office in Konstanz. 6 days after arrival the hosts have still not responded.

ok! Positive: A very spacious room with private parking; the city center is just a short walk away.
